Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artistic Memorable Designs! We want you to love everything you order from us. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and replacements.

Perishable Items (Freeze-Dried Fruits & Candies)
Because our food products are perishable, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on edible items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:
● Email us at support@artisticmemorabledesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
● Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Perishable Items (3D Prints, Laser Crafts & Custom Products)
For non-food items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
● The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and
● You received the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
To start a return, please email support@artisticmemorabledesigns.com with your order details and reason for return.
Please note:
● Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
● We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period, please check with your bank or credit card provider before reaching out.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@artisticmemorabledesigns.com.
Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully package every order, but if something arrives damaged or missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Email us with photos and your order number — we’ll send a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
