Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order products, such as laser crafts or 3D prints, may require additional processing time.
If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email at support@artisticmemorabledesigns.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
● Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Local Pickup (if available)
We occasionally offer local pickup at select events or markets. If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll contact you by email to schedule your pickup time and location details.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your products, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Email us at support@artisticmemorabledesigns.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Artistic Memorable Designs ships only within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping options in the future!
